Your Youthworks Infinity Card is valid only if signed by you
•
By signing your card, you acknowledge our terms and conditions of use
•
Your Youthworks Infinity Card must be presented in-store in order for you to receive the benefits
•
Your Youthworks Infinity Card may not be used in conjunction with any other offers
•
Your Youthworks Infinity Card is not transferable. Photo ID may be requested
•
Your Youthworks Infinity Card remains the property of Youthworks and is subject to cancellation without notice
•
If you find a Youthworks Infinity Card, please return it to Youthworks at 31 James Place Adelaide or post to GPO Box 2971 Adelaide SA 5001
•
If you lose your Youthworks Infinity Card, a replacement card may be obtained by visiting Youthworks at 31 James Place whereby you can be issued with a replacement Card for a fee of $9.95. Please bring photo ID.
